Prior preparation and treatment of the steel integrated into our manufacturing process.
Forging machines
600-ton horizontal transfer presses with up to 6 stations. Capacity for roll cut between Ø 12mm and Ø 35mm and length of pieces between 35 and 220mm.
CNC
Based on our knowledge of cold forming, we optimize the subsequent machining process.
Auxiliary machines
Jig boring machines, facing machines and broaching machines, among others, for finishing parts.
